Rules & Regulations

  1. Eligibility:
     -The competition is open to all employees of Technopark
     -All participants must be in good physical health, free from any arm or shoulder injuries.
  2.  Weight Categories:
    Participants will be categorized by weight to ensure fair competition. Common categories are lightweight, middleweight, and heavyweight.
  3.  Match Format:
    -Each bout will consist of a best-of-three arm wrestling match.
    -The first participant to pin their opponent’s hand or wrist to the table is declared the winner of the round.
  4. Starting Position:
    -Participants must start with their elbows on the table and their hands clasped.
    -The referee will ensure that both competitors have a fair grip before starting the match.
  5. Match Time:
    -Each match has a time limit of 1 minute. If no winner is declared after 1 minute, the match is declared a draw, and a rematch may be scheduled.
  6. Rest Period:
     A brief rest period is allowed between rounds to allow competitors to recover.
  7. Fouls:
    -Common fouls include lifting the elbow, using the shoulder, or using any part of the body other than the arm and hand to gain an advantage.
    -Participants committing fouls may be disqualified.
  8. Disqualification:
    -Any participant displaying aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior may be disqualified from the competition.
  9. Disclaimer:
    -All participants compete at their own risk. Natana is not liable for any injuries sustained during the competition.
